The small laser liposuction fiber that is used to dissolve fat and tighten the skin is the size of a pencil point-compare this to a liposuction cannula that is the size of your little finger. Also, the fat is dissolved not “ripped out” as is done with traditional liposuction and liposculpture.
More important, the SlimLipo® laser liposuction tightens the skin at the same time it dissolves fat, so you will not have loose sagging skin after fat is removed.
